About The Author
Jim Valentine
Jim Valentine, born in 1938 in Chicago, is an accomplished author and entrepreneur. After graduating from Knox College in 1961, he served in the U.S. Army, shaping his character and work ethic. Jim began his career at Union Special Machine Company, climbing through management roles in North and Latin America. 1993 he retired to create Valentine Enterprises and moved to sunny Fort Lauderdale. Committed to his community, he took on leadership roles in organizations like the Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Knox College Alumni Association, earning the Knox College Service Award. His diverse life experiences inspire his latest book on transformative youth journeys.
